CIBC Digital Identity Verification

With current credit card flows it is required that customers complete the online application and then venture to the nearest brach to verify their identity.  This process resulted in a large drop off rate and unfulfilled applications. The solution was to use Verified.me in conjunction with in house solutions so customers could verify their identities online using their cellphone camera. Complex UX flows were constructed to merge both technology solutions taking many security and branding requirements into consideration.
